Who Is Four Star and What Do We Do?

Four Star is a full-service Plumbing & Air Conditioning business serving Horry, Georgetown

Counties. I started the business in 2000 with my Master Plumber's license and focused my

attention on residential and commercial service work. We started with one box truck working

from my home and it has grown into a multi-million dollar corporation with an extensive fleet

of service trucks, licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians. We are a full service 24 hour,

7 day a week operation because we know Plumbing and Air Conditioning problems are

constantly happening. I firmly believe that "The key to our success is customer service".

With over 25 employees, we have our finger on the pulse of what our customer's needs are

and have the expertise to meet them head on. We don't argue with customers, but ask what

will take to make them happy. You can't win if you don't do it that way. You have to be fair.

To ensure that our employees are properly representing the company, Four Star makes what

we like to call, "happy calls" to each customer to get feedback. The comments are noted and

then reviewed to be sure we are giving you the best possible service and that you are

happy with that service. Most people would rather have good service at a good price

than someone who says they'll show up and never does. All of our customers know the

cost up front and our goal is that you have a great experience and call us again.
